New Ferrugina has been on the side of Nature all along, specialising in trading of specific Atomised Iron Powders for seed selection.

Our products have been used in processes of selection of legume and vegetable seeds, separating them from noxious weed such as dodder and plantain, and from broken or spoiled seeds.

A continuous technological research and the collaboration with the most important International Seed Industries allowed us to create a range of products specific for all processing requirements, and to offer a specific particle size distribution (granulometry) for every seed type to be selected.

The key aspect of the achieved results is the use of very pure raw material and of innovative metallurgical processes that ensure a granulometric homogeneity, fluidness, and a specific surface of the product.

In fact, all our powders are obtained from water atomisation process and from consequent sifting which can get us to attain a 99,5% of metallic iron (ZVI).

Thanks to rigid controls and safety procedures during the production phase, and due to certification of each single lot, our products guarantee the highest quality.

All our iron powers are produced and certified exclusively in Italy, in compliance with the requirements for the commerce and usage in working environments.
