Our powders are designed in order to maximise the efficiency of the permanent-magnet sorting machines “German-type Machine“ or the electromagnetic separators “Brunati-type Machine“, by minimising process waste and facilitating the achievement of the percentage purity required for certification.
Each product differs in granulometry and the in type of magnetic-surface, in order to respond to the specific manufacturing process of each seed species and of the type of employed machinery.
IRONTECH
Pure Iron Powder (min. 96%) with very fine particle size.
IRONTECH is characterised by its ease of flow and by the perfect hydro-mechanical bond to small-size seeds with a strong reaction to a static magnetic field.

SELEX
Pure Iron Powder (min. 98%) with medium-sized particles.
SELEX is the most used iron powder in the international market.
Composed of particles with partly lamellar and irregular morphology, it is characterised by granulometric uniformity, a perfect hydro-mechanical bond to rounded-shape seeds and a strong attraction to electromagnetic fields.

ALFALFA
Very fine iron powder (min 99,0%) with fine particles.
AlfaAlfa is born, the only iron power specific for Medicago sativa (lucerne) seed selection.
Thanks to its irregular, round-shaped particles with lamellar morpholody, it ensures a perfect hydro-mechanical bond to weed seeds such as Cuscuta spp. (dodder) and Plantago spp. (plantain). Its extraordinary electromagnetic attraction capability fosters a complete removal of broken and spoiled seeds.
Its high efficiency allows a reduced consumption of iron powder per quintal of processed seed, fostering the reduction of production costs and a cut in maintenance interventions on the machinery.
